What are our trainings?
The training content revolves around:
- Stimulating ideation from stakeholder-centric perspective
- Presenting general frameworks for transforming ideas into viable solutions
- Facilitating the exchange of best practices and workplace experiences among participants.
These teachings emphasize practical application in everyday work scenarios. We will consider integrating hands-on exercises with either addressing specific existing challenges within a particular component for practical problem-solving OR identifying challenges through participant brainstorming sessions and grouping them together as the basis for practical problem-solving. Insights will be captured and debriefed to the core team.
